CU Auto Lending Services LLC (CUALS) was formed as a lending strategy and operations firm in 2006 under the limited liability company laws of the state of Delaware.  SureFundIt™ was formed in 2009 under the limited liability company laws of the state of Nevada.  

Frank Mercer , our CEO/President, has thirty years of consumer lending background of which twenty years were held at senior and executive management levels with major financial institutions including Mellon Financial, Imperial Savings, ACC Consumer Finance and Household Auto Finance. From 1993 to 2003, Frank served as Group Director of National Sales and was the Chief Credit Officer for ACC/Household with $8.5 Billion in assets, and was responsible for originating over 20,000 dealer installment contracts per month averaging over $300 Million per month.  He directed branch operations, designed innovative sales programs and implemented credit guidelines to help mitigate risk associated with special finance lending. Frank and his management team were responsible for overseeing the activities of ove 600 employees when dealing with over 11,000 dealers.

In 2004, Frank co-founded ACC Consumer Finance, a leading provider of consumer automotive contracts to the credit union industry.  He served as President and Chief Operating Officer.  ACC was sold to CompuCredit in February 2007.

Who We Are

CUALS' management team has over one hundred (100) years of auto dealer finance experience with over sixty (60) years in special auto finance lending at Household Auto (HSBC), ACC Consumer Finance, Imperial Savings, Far Western Bank, Mellon Bank and more. More than forty (40) years were at senior or executive levels.
